Welcome Year of the Sheep: the Pinoy Paandar

It was Chinese Year New Year and we were at Binondo to celebrate with our Chinoy brothers.  I, personally, did not expect to see these characters wandering around the streets of Manila Chinatown.  Filipinos really had that charm of making some events - only in the Philippines! :-)
