White Night in Astana?

White night usually happens in countries located and nearby north and south poles... I'm not sure if this is white night but it was my first time to witness such light at night.




This was taken at the parking lot of King Astana Hotel in Astana, Kazakhstan on September 14, 2012 at around 8pm.
