Katz's Corner
I have a bunch of siblings. Mitchell, whom I share 50% of my DNA, is my full brother. I also have two paternal half-sisters and four (still, paternal) half-brothers. But aside from my biological siblings, there are people whom I consider family because of the special bond we share through the years. One of them is Katz, my officemate who was born just a few months after I was kicked out of my mother's tummy (hehehe).
We may not be associated by blood but she is like a real sister to me maybe because we bond like sisters and we share the same "kakikayan". We both love Starbucks and Kit Kats, and we are consciously addicted to 'selfie' and 'groupie' (hahaha!!). We also share the same passion for traveling. So I guess the mementos that we have collected from trips deserve a spot in this blog.
Ref Magnet Collection
Katz too has a ref magnet collection which accumulated from her personal and official trips nationwide and abroad. Some of these were also from her relatives and friends' trips.
Shawl Collection
Collecting shawls is one of her hobbies that we don't really share until recently when I realized that I am slowly and unconsciously beginning to adapt it. Maybe because I brought her some shawls whenever I am on trip that I, for some time, grab another one for myself. Anyway, her collection ranges from scarves to sarongs to wrap arounds. The designs of shawls really showcase the locations from where she got them.
Thus, finding her pasalubong is not really that difficult.
